Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately completing data entry for client invoices with a focus on detail and speed
  • Maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all data entry tasks

  • Regularly reviewing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or accounts payable roles (1-2 years preferred)
