Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Review reports and data sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with precision and attention to detail
- Search for information on websites to gather relevant data and insights
- Maintain a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made to ensure transparency and accountability
- Request further information for documents that are considered incomplete to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze completed work for duplication or errors in content before submitting the final product to ensure quality and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Intermediate spreadsheet experience (Microsoft Excel)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient with pivot tables and data analysis
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks on demand
- Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems
