Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track key information, sales, and metrics
  • Updating and managing databases with new and revised client account information
  • Following established data entry techniques and procedures for maintaining accuracy
  • Reviewing data entries and correcting any discrepancies or errors
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks, including typing, faxing, and clerical duties
  • Executing high-volume data entry tasks while ensuring timely and precise data management
  • Entering data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Helping train new team members on data entry protocols and procedures
  • Conducting daily audits and checks to guarantee data integrity and reliability

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and data management practices
  • Must be a resident of the United States with a reliable internet connection
