Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform operations, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Input data accurately: Input data accurately into our system using a steady stream of images.
  • Identify and categorize documents: Identify and categorize various document types based on provided documentation.
  • Review entered data: Review all entered data to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members: Professionally collaborate with team members as needed to optimize workflow.
  • Suggest improvements: Suggest and propose improvements or enhancements to job processes.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently: Complete daily tasks efficiently and thoroughly while adhering to deadlines.
  • Execute additional office duties: Execute additional office duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in data entry: Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documents: Familiarity with healthcare documents and processes is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to quality and confidentiality: Strong commitment to quality and confidentiality.

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional certifications or training: Additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

* Experience in data entry or administrative support: Experience in data entry or administrative support roles preferred.

  • Prior experience handling sensitive information: Prior experience handling sensitive information and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay Rate: $12 per hour

  • Shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with a preference for full-time. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
  • Hours: Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
