Responsibilities
- Handle high amounts of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options, and follow up to secure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Establish and build relationships with our customers
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and drive results
Requirements
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm-11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)

Salary
The salary for this role is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience.
