Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing high-volume data entry work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capturing data into relevant databases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Liaising with employees and customers to collect information and resolve queries
  • Preparing information for data entry and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and best practices
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry
  • Performing daily audits and data entry corrections
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
  • Performing routine clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and data entry of credits
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Ensuring data entry is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees and customers
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
