Job Description

As a work-from-home customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to provide sales, support, and customer service for some of America's top companies. You'll navigate client systems, update customer information and orders, and work with a variety of clients to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries

• Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders
• Work with clients to resolve issues and meet their needs
• Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour, to ensure flexibility and work-life balance
• Choose the client you service to ensure alignment with your skills and interests
• Work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a quiet space and necessary equipment

Requirements:

* Must pass a background check

• Must pass voice and other assessments
• May have to pass a computer check
• Must pass certification course
• Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity
• May have to take a drug test depending on the client

Equipment and Technical Requirements:

* Computer with dual monitor (preferred but not required)

• Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.)
• Internet (hardwired)
• USB headset
• Quiet space to work
