Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, adhering to company policies, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Read scripts verbatim and record responses accurately, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to update customer information and code responses
  • Ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies during every call, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence
  • Adapt to changes in call volume and workflow to meet organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Bilingual Candidates MUST BE fluent in Spanish & English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Must be able to type 35wpm, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • MUST HAVE: Reliable Internet Service (Speed Test Conducted), ensuring a stable and secure connection
  • MUST HAVE: Designated work area free from distractions, allowing for focused and productive work
