Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Age 18 or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving issues, creating connections, and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Ability to Learn Quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new concepts, technologies, and processes in a rapidly evolving industry.
