Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cloud-based data pipeline. As a key member of our Dataworks team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations. Your expertise will help us to process and analyze vast amounts of data, identify trends and patterns, and inform strategic decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, test, and maintain large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design and implement data pipelines that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring that data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and reliable
• Troubleshoot complex data issues, working closely with stakeholders to resolve problems and improve data quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new skills and knowledge to improve data pipeline performance
• Collaborate with senior technologists to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving the development of new data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based data pipeline development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala
• Experience with data storage solutions, including NoSQL databases and data warehouses
• Strong understanding of data processing frameworks, including Apache Spark and Hadoop
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based data pipeline development
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
