Job Summary
As a Solutions Analyst on our Labor Systems team, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our labor and personnel control systems across our home sites. You'll work closely with our Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions to provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and innovative solutions to drive business success. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow established software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions
- Provide timely and accurate results for clients, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT technology and trends, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement new technologies
- Develop high-level estimates based on initial requirements, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks
- Design and implement robust reporting and analytic architectures to support business decision-making
- Build scalable and extensible solutions that minimize resource requirements
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to inform business strategy and drive growth
- Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience with a primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working with data technology (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or equivalent
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Capacity to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous individual with a strong initiative to drive results
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)
- Validated experience with Visual Studio or equivalent IDE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience
