Required Skills and Qualifications • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software, with experience in CRM systems and airline operations a plus. • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in the airline industry a significant advantage. Experience • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. • Experience in the airline industry is a plus, with knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures a significant asset.
