Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Completing required certification within a timely manner, and participating in ongoing training with our company and travel partners
- Maintaining reliable internet access and utilizing a smartphone and/or computer to perform job duties
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer for job duties
