Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service * Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds * Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary and resolving any travel issues that may arise * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping Essential Functions To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential functions: * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized support * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues * Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and resolve any travel issues that may arise * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping About You To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following characteristics: * Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service * Strong geographical knowledge is essential, with experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products preferred * Excellent customer service skills, including strong attention to detail, easy-to-work-with attitude, and ability to accept feedback well * Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate empathy and resolve customer issues * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Self-directed, with the ability to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion * Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications * Highly proficient in using the internet, with a strong understanding of online travel platforms and tools Technical Requirements To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications, at a minimum: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset Work Environment and Company Culture As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
