Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating, and routing as needed to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's document management policies
  • Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, providing exceptional support to the team

Physical Requirements

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll spend most of your working day in a stationary position, operating a computer and other office productivity equipment. You'll occasionally need to move about inside the office to perform tasks or attend meetings.

Job Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • 10-key by touch preferred, but not essential
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
