Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
- Excellent listening comprehension skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A clear, professional, and friendly voice
- The ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Schedule and Availability
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Evening shifts (4pm-11pm or 12am)
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday)
