Job Summary

As a Perception Chief, you'll be responsible for examining, interpreting, and presenting complex data insights to our partners. You'll work closely with our Information and Analysis Leads, Product Managers, and colleagues to understand their needs and create data-driven solutions that drive business results. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a high-energy, motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with our Stage Administration Digital Services Product Delivery team to empower data analysis, insights, and perceptions for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU)

• Collaborate directly with Information and Analysis Leads, Product Managers, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and translate them into actionable data products
• Analyze and act on multiple data sources (both internal and external)
• Become a super-user of dashboards, datasets, and models created and shared by data designers and specialists
• Support data products and initiatives in delivering new analysis and perception solutions, as needed, to ensure we deliver high-quality data and insights to our clients
• Lead business and data analysis to evaluate performance and guide strategy, ensuring that data plays a critical role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning
• Identify additional value of analysis by promoting data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analysis in organization-wide capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with various data analysis tools, with a focus on PowerBI capability
• Ability to create clear insights from complex data
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Proven ability to filter through data, perform analysis, identify key insights, and develop decision-making recommendations
• Experience working with internal and external data sources, such as Nielsen, market research, performance, volume, and revenue data
• Experience managing large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in business or related field

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in data analysis or business intelligence
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
