Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with creative solutions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

  • Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
