Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Your primary goal will be to create a positive customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, offering solutions, and providing helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and promotions to customers
  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week; flexible scheduling a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service channels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
