The Role

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (PDP). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories to our users around the world. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ride early-stage projects from strategy through execution, leveraging your expertise to drive tangible results and pressure execution.

You're a seasoned Program Manager with advanced knowledge in planning, executing, and delivering applications that meet the innovation needs of a modern platform. You're skilled at breaking down complex requirements into achievable programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a timely and effective manner. Stakeholders seek you out to help shape early business opportunities because you can translate them into programs that drive tangible value and pressure execution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature
• Conducting feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to deliver high-quality functions on time and within budget
• Acting as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications
• Partnering with Netflix Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorsing for PDP's groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs
• Working closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Innovative Teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks
• Identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance
• Controlling, planning, and tracking PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous programs
• Anticipating and planning for future desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in program management practices efficiently validated in prior roles in product engineering
• Deep domain expertise and operational know-how in establishing and imposing program control frameworks and exceptional practices
• A proven track record of influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal
• The ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible next steps
• A high level of intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk efficiently and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams
• Familiarity with and a fierce curiosity about product, including data insights, A/B testing, and consumer experience POV
• Effectiveness in giving sincere and direct feedback
