What to Expect
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing detailed documentation of processes and configurations for our SaaS products, ensuring seamless onboarding and support experiences for our clients
- Delivering tier 2 support for application issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions that meet client needs
- Engaging in cross-functional dialogue with development teams to inform development prioritizations and client implementations
- Utilizing SQL for data management tasks, including importing and exporting data, to ensure efficient and accurate data processing
- Managing multiple customer support issues with excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of SQL experience, including knowledge of select statements, complex joins, and data management
- Proven ability to provide positive customer service and effective communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Solid experience in data management using Excel, Access, and MS SQL Server
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple customer support issues effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
How to Stand Out
While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates with:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support or client support role, ideally as a Business Analyst or similar
- Knowledge of ASCII and EDI, with a desire to leverage this expertise in a healthcare data analytics context
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management, with experience in using this tool to track and manage client issues
- Experience with MS Project or equivalent software, with a focus on project planning and execution
- Experience with SaaS delivered applications, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
