Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our state-of-the-art call center is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring you have everything you need to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our team-oriented environment is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and a sense of community.
What You'll Do
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Calling customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure their satisfaction
- Scheduling maintenance visits for our customers and following up on their progress
- Reaching out to customers on our list to offer promotions and enhance their experience
- Responding to customer reviews, both positive and negative, to demonstrate our commitment to their satisfaction
- Providing general inbound customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions
