Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers.
• Delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Providing a memorable and delightful experience for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure you can work effectively from home, you'll need:

• A 19-inch standalone monitor.
• A hardwired internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
• A working phone line (home phone or mobile).
• A noise/distraction-free home office environment.
• A desk and an ergonomic chair.
