Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our Amazon Locker+ service, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless package delivery and returns. Our associates work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers, and are empowered to take ownership of their work, make decisions, and drive results.

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages

Physical Demands & Work Environment

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Temperature: Our Locker locations are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment
• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those in a grocery store
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units
