Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Support:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving a range of support queries and issues.

Data Entry:

Conduct records submission, update customer databases, and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with arenaflex policies.

Administrative Support:

Manage support logs, create and update customer profiles, and perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document production.

Correspondence and Communication:

Assist in the preparation of correspondence related to customer support and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams.

Lobby Management:

Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

General Office Duties:

Perform various office tasks, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task management.
