Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote call center team, providing exceptional support to our members and providers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on claims status, eligibility, and benefits
  • Utilize the Avaya system to manage calls, track interactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions are positive and respectful
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly
  • Empathy and the ability to control conversations/calls
  • Strong professionalism and caring attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Health insurance call center experience

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills (welcome and encouraged to apply)
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
