Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions: Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Providing an optimum level of service: Deliver a high level of service, with the aim of achieving the best possible resolution for the customer.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish: Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

Computer Proficiency

You'll need to be proficient in:
