Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information on products and services.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience while interacting with diverse customers, including those with varying levels of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.
  • Documenting chat interactions, feedback, and resolutions clearly and concisely, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Ability to commit to at least 10 hours of work per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently.

Work Hours & Location

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
