Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders: Process returns and prepare for delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

• Assist customers: Address customer questions, solve problems, and provide personalized support to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean workspace: Ensure the workspace is safe, organized, and meets arenaflex's high standards.
• Manage Locker+ location: Handle responsibilities including opening and closing the site, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Use technology: Sort, scan, and prepare orders using smartphones and handheld devices, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex technology.
• Receive truck deliveries: Assist in unloading and organizing incoming packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Physical Requirements

* Lifting: Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Standing and walking: Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Moving items: Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
• Stairs: Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adhering to arenaflex's safety guidelines.
• Availability: Work part-time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week, allowing for a great work-life balance.
