Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning our proprietary process for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings and adapting to new procedures quickly
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make frequent calls to customers while maintaining our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns
