Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic college student to join our team as a Customer Service & Social Media Creation Specialist. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, while also creating engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and social media posts. If you're passionate about graphic design, marketing, or business, and want to apply your skills in a real-world setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Available Shifts

We're offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic needs, with available shifts starting ASAP. Our current schedule includes:

  • Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST
  • Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST
  • Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Social Media Creation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and social media posts, to promote arenaflex's brand and products
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and drive website traffic
  • Collaborating with our team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Utilizing graphic design tools, such as Blender, to create 3D designs and social media graphics
  • Creating social media reels and TikToks to showcase arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, or a business-related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong creative skills, with experience in graphic design, social media creation, and video production
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience with video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our brand
