Job Summary

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. You'll work closely with our team to develop processes and systems that enhance the overall guest experience, drive business growth, and maintain arenaflex's reputation as a leader in the vacation rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Resolve guest inquiries and resolve them in accordance with arenaflex's standard operating procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Manage the turn process for every unit, ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned and that properties are prepared for new guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop processes and systems that improve overall guest experience, drive business growth, and enhance arenaflex's reputation.
  • Provide timely reviews of guests on AirBnB and Vrbo platforms, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Write engaging blog posts about vacation rentals on the arenaflex website, increasing exposure and visibility to potential guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Experience with the vacation rental industry is required, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software, Slack, Notion, and Field Scheduling.
  • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise, ensuring seamless communication with guests and team members.
  • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Strong work ethic and track record of delivering results, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vacation rental property management software and systems.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT.

  • Flexible scheduling and remote work arrangements, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary ranging from $1,000 to $1,120 USD, paid bi-weekly via Wise or similar platform.
