What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound customer support through phone, email, and online chat

  • Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions about products and services
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns and ensuring the appropriateness of social media content
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Work rotational shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 customer support

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will be the key to delivering value and success with every customer interaction. Here are the essential qualifications for this role:

  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
