Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. If you have good typing skills and attention to detail, this job is perfect for you! You'll work in a flexible work environment, with the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency
• Monitoring WAN links for stability
• Monitoring routers, switches, and network appliances
• Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and load balancers
• Alerts and log monitoring
• Preventative health checks
• Incident management
• Reporting
• Administering security and IAM

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field
• Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes & Tools
• Experience working in a remote learning environment

• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
