Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry and focus group participant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online studies, surveys, and focus groups
• Providing honest and thoughtful feedback on various products, services, and experiences
• Completing data entry tasks, such as typing, reading, and writing
• Using your webcam and smartphone to conduct studies and participate in video calls
• Maintaining a stable internet connection and using Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized (optional)
• Following directions and taking feedback from study moderators

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A current USA resident status
• The ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it may open up more opportunities)
• A stable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device
• Basic data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• The ability to focus and follow through on tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support can be beneficial in this role. Additionally, having experience with Microsoft Word or Excel can help you stay organized and efficient.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
