Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Social Media Content Creator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat to arenaflex customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to promote arenaflex's brand and products
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and drive sales
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities
- Creating video content for arenaflex's website, social media, email, and other marketing channels
- Utilizing 3D design tools, such as Blender, to create visually stunning graphics and animations
Available Shifts
We have several available shifts to accommodate your schedule:
- Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST
- Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST
- Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST
Pay and Benefits
