Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Entering data into our database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering data provided directly by customers, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Verifying data against original documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Retrieving data from database or electronic files as requested by colleagues or management
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to important documents

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist, with a strong understanding of data management processes
  • Accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
