This is a contractor role that involves leading technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages. The successful candidate will work remotely with a dynamic, collaborative team on impactful technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages such as React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions.
- Write high-quality, production-level code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep hands-on coding expertise in modern programming languages such as React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
- Experience with AI model development, training, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
