The Role

As a Full Stack YouTube Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and moderating online communities on YouTube, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users. Your primary duties will include:

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders from YouTube Activation Partners to develop and execute joint business plans, create, and spark off transformational roadmaps with our solutions and tools.
• Training Google stakeholders at the function and working version of partners and collaborating with sales teams regionally.
• Identifying pilot markets, patron lead lists by using market, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to power activation.
• Partnering with PR and Advertising and Marketing to increase a comprehensive outside communication approach that promotes the benefits of those partnerships, including press releases and participation in applicable occasions and meetings.
• Collaborating with internal teams on the evolution of the YouTube Activation Partner Application, which includes qualification of latest YouTube partners.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

• Enjoy working in online income, advertising, marketing, or business development.
• Enjoy working in consumer relationship control and cross-functional undertaking control.
• Revel in video advertising and marketing.
• Experience with handling a companion or consumer dating at scale in a multi-associate environment.
• Enjoy managing ambiguity and taking possession of tasks from inception to final touch.
• Enjoy or understanding of contextual advertising, the concepts of reach and frequency, or suitability.
• Knowledge of the benefits of API or device integrations, or revel in operating with Google API availability.
• Capability to recognize complex technical standards and talk them to a non-technical audience effectively.
• Great and persuasive customer-going through and dating control abilities.
