Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Conduct reference checks and background verification of potential candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database.

Assist in the preparation of job offer letters and employment contracts.

Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining recruitment-related documentation and reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

Any graduate degree is required.

Post graduation is not mandatory but can be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of HR principles and recruitment best practices is desirable but not mandatory.
