Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Chile. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships with new and existing sellers on our platform. Your primary goal will be to grow our 3P market in the USA by identifying product selection gaps, executing GTM strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, and monitoring competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
• Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
• Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Primary Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
• Ability to think critically and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong "hands-on" approach to managing responsibilities and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

• 2+ years of e-commerce experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience.
