Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Typing in data provided directly from customers, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing your knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Updating existing data, maintaining up-to-date records and information.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining the security and integrity of our databases.
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost, maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
  • Fast typing skills, with a strong preference for knowledge of the touch typing system.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and keyboards.
  • Basic understanding of databases, including data modeling and data analysis.
  • Good command of English both oral and written, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in your work.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and continuous learning.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry or equivalent position is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for data entry and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Working Hours
