Job Summary
As an Experienced OnlyFans Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to creators on the OnlyFans platform and their social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, and we're looking for individuals who can start work immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat support to creators on the OnlyFans platform and their social media accounts
- Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in support
- Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer queries

Essential Qualifications
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer queries

- Have 10+ hours availability per week
