Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues to supervisors or other teams as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work in a virtual environment, using technology to stay connected with customers and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
