Position Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be working remotely, connecting with our customers through live chat, phone, email, and social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. Our Specialists are the heart of our business, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about beauty and wellness, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Act as the voice of arenaflex, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening and offering creative solutions
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Take ownership for the experience you are delivering with every customer
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience is required

  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks
  • Flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Passion for beauty and wellness, with a desire to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends
