Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues
  • Communicating internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions as needed
  • Troubleshooting common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
  • Assisting colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service
  • Document and update customer records accurately and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
  • Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work
  • Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of proprietary software and systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
