The Role

As an e-commerce support specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer service tickets across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide comprehensive training for. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer service tickets across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Work within client's platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
  • Collaborate with our clients' teams to resolve complex issues and provide personalized support
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required by our clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our clients

What We Look For:

* Excellent English skills: You must have native-level English proficiency and be able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

  • Customer-facing experience: While not required, experience in customer-facing roles is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable interacting with people and can provide empathetic support.
  • Interest in e-commerce: You should have a genuine interest in the e-commerce space and be familiar with the latest trends and developments.
  • Attention to detail: You must be able to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
  • Reliability and flexibility: You'll need to be able to work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST) and maintain a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work under pressure: You'll need to remain calm and composed when dealing with disgruntled customers, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
