Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, fostering loyalty and retention
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, ensuring seamless operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
