Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
- Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and communicate with customers
- Ability to work with little supervision and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes
Equipment & Tech Specs
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need:
- A headset with a built-in mic
- An external mouse (no track-pads)
- A CPU with a minimum of i5+
- RAM with a minimum of 8 GB+
- Storage with a minimum of 128 GB (HDD) or 128 GB (SSD)
- A screen resolution of 1366 x 768 (HD) or better
- A minimum of 2 USB ports (recommended: 3+)
- A Windows 10+ operating system (no Chromebooks or Macs)
- An Ethernet port for hardwired internet
- Internet specs with a minimum of 50mbps down and 5mbps up
Shifts Available
We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:
- Part-time: 28 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
