What Will I Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences that exceed their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers and building trust through positive and upbeat interactions

What Qualities Do I Need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:

What Qualifications Do I Need?
While we're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we do require:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills – we're looking for individuals who can communicate effectively in writing
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
